IT as a Service – not as a struggle: We are building an all-in-one IT platform, combined with premium support. From user on- and offboarding, to service and support, cybersecurity and device management – deeploi covers the entire scope of a company´s IT department.

Tasks

• As part of our Operations & Strategy Team, you will independently lead projects of great importance for the company, responsible for conceptualization, planning, and implementation of cross-departmental programs and measures.
• You will be the driving force behind the automation and optimization of processes, continuously enhancing the efficiency of the IT Operations and IT Support Teams.
• In addition to conceptualization, you enjoy executing processes independently and working operationally, assisting customers with the technical implementation and utilization of deeploi.
• You are actively engaged with customers, seeking feedback to improve our product and understand their needs.
• You work closely with the IT Operations and Product Teams, reporting to the Head of Operations.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, or similar fields.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in startups or at a leading management consulting firm.
• You enjoy interacting with customers, are eloquent, open-minded, and empathetic.
• You work solution-oriented, independently, and structured with a keen eye for detail.
• You challenge our processes, identify optimization and growth potentials, and independently implement innovative solutions.
• You are naturally curious and always seek innovative approaches and technical solutions.
• You have a very good technical understanding and are eager to build deep knowledge in the areas of IT, Mobile Device Management, and IT infrastructure.
• You have experience with No-Code/Low-Code tooling (e.g., Airtable, Make, Retool) and their use for process automation.
• Experience with Python, Javascript, or SQL is a plus.
• You are a team player, a strong communicator, and enjoy supporting your colleagues with your expertise.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
