KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree an asset; Pharmacy /Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Familiar with Central Fill operations specifically the Production and dispatching process.
  • Take the time to mentor and develop staff, demonstrating the commitment to helping people succeed.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt communication skills to effectively influence different audiences.

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and communicate the facility’s service vision emphasizing “patient first.”
  • Through authentic leadership you will influence, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver their accountabilities:
  • Culture of excellence, health and safety requirements, quality, and compliance programs, KPI targets and results.
  • Find new and better ways to drive growth and efficiency into the production.
  • Directly manage and provide guidance to direct reports, including leads and dispatchers.
  • Ensure development, growth, performance management of talents within the production team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Production management in developing and executing on day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure the production teams adhere to all pharmacy policy procedures.
  • Be responsible for production team performance, quality, and employee engagement at Central Fill.
  • Directly engage with existing/ prospective Central Fill pharmacy customers; responsible for NPS customer satisfaction
  • Work with Central Fill leadership team in executing on business priorities.
  • Demonstrate your commitment to employee engagement by deploying effective, empowerment, feedback, coaching and development strategies for team members.
  • Exercise effective employee and labor relations strategies to manage Employee concerns.
  • Coordinate and leverage internal/ external business partners and units to achieve McKesson’s vision.
  • Implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
