An excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our client, a leading company in the wastewater treatment industry. This role will involve travel between sites in Limerick/Clare and will be based on a permanent contract. This role will report to the Operations & Maintenance Area Manager for the Munster Region.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Operations Supervisor will schedule & co-ordinate a team of operators.
• Preventative and corrective maintenance management at the treatment plants and the associated pumping stations.
• The Operations Supervisor will carry out all environmental compliance on assigned sites.
• Budget management of operations and capital expenditure.
• The Operations Supervisor will manage client relationships.
• Completing HSQE audits, checking RAMS & SSW of works are carried out and all staff are H&S compliant & safety equipment is maintained.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of supervising operational staff.
• Excellent time management and flexibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise.
• A full clean driving licence is obligatory.
• A qualification in a related discipline (i.e science/engineering) would be advantageous.
