JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing and overseeing facilities Technician manpower, roster, training, work order request status, and repair work.
  • Handling end-to-end all the hard FM and soft FM of the facilities from vendor management, troubleshooting, inquiry of quotations, and raising PO.
  • To monitor the preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with MOHH requirements.
  • Oversee electrical shutdown procedures, reissuing building fire certificates, and conducting fire drills.
  • Overseeing systems such as lift systems, fire protection systems, generator sets, solar panels, DB switch boards, PA systems, security, nurse call bells, ACMV, plumbing, and sanitation.
  • A good understanding of building regulations and licensing requirements
  • Inform the operations manager of disciplinary issues in the teams.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of staff.
  • Review SOPs and ensure they are updated in line with the organization’s requirements.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.
  • To participate in events and activities conducted.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or diploma or an equivalent with 23 years of related experience
  • Good at report writing, data analysis, administration and project management.
  • Good knowledge of Building system, Maintenance Management, Asset Management.
  • Independent, fast responder, work well under pressure, and be able to deliver under a tight timeline.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise with Google Workspace
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of iHAM and healthcare facilities is an added advantage but not a must.
