Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards for tourism operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
We have a Full-Time position available for an Operations Supervisor to work at our Yulara Depot, to help bring the red centre to life! This is a chance to live and work in some of Australia’s most iconic locations and work within a tight knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tour operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and assist with the management of driver guides, bus cleaners, general hands and house keepers
- Manage tour guides and drivers, ensuring they are prepared and equipped for each trip.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including safety standards and permits.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance throughout their journey.
- Support the training and induction process for new tour staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks such as booking management, data entry, and reporting.
- Process staff timecards and other payroll documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance tour offerings and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records related to tour information, passengers, and activities.
