The Field Supervisor role for our Barrie Field Operations is best suited to someone with a hands-on approach to leadership. As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of managing day-to-day operations, requiring a blend of technical know-how and effective communication skills.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing and coordinating biosolids spreading programs for our northern operations. The key responsibilities include planning and executing operational strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising and supporting the Tractor Operators and Field Operators, maintaining safety protocols, and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
This role offers a dynamic work environment, with a significant portion of your time spent outdoors actively engaging in field operations alongside your team. There is a seasonal aspect to our field operations, so flexibility in work hours is often necessary. This may include extended hours during peak operational periods or when addressing unexpected challenges.
