Dragonfly is hiring for Operations support roles for both AM and PM shifts at our new delivery centre in Melbourne! Launching in February 2024. We want to build our team now, and we want you to be a part of it. This is a chance to be a part of something truly game-changing!
Shifts available for Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

What does it take to be successful?
- Experience in a warehouse position and in the field of transportation would be assets;
- 2 years of experience in a customer service position;
- Strong customer services skills;
- Being dynamic and customer focused;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software.
Now, you’re probably asking yourself, what will I be doing in this position?
- Prepare daily reports;
- Process pending packages and returns;
- Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center;
- Contact customers by phone and / or email occasionally;
- Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners and operation supervisors;
- Data entry as needed;
- Escalate special cases to supervisors;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following the health and safety regulations.
