Immediate Need- Operations Manager- Claims Management
Currently Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Support Manager to join the team. The best candidate for this role will have the ability to ensure smooth operations by overseeing and enhancing various support functions. This opportunity will require resourcefulness, above average organizational skills, extraordinary people management skills, and efficiency in order to be successful!
Salary up to 75K

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position leading team up to 12 people
  • Proficient with MS Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to bring valuable information and solutions to meetings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in disability management operations or related position is an asset
  • Excellent problem solving skills
