About the Position
We are looking for the right person to add to our current stellar operations team. The Operations Support Specialist is the life line between our clients, our technicians, and Bevara itself. Our ideal candidate is someone who is ready to dive right in, help wherever possible, and is capable of having polished and professional client interactions while also being able to get into the nitty gritty details with our technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Create and assign work orders for field technicians and engineers
- Provide excellent customer support
- Communicate with remote technicians and customers via phone and email
- Assist remote technicians with scheduling outside vendors in a timely manner
- Must be able to handle a large volume of inquiries daily
- Help create and improve SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Assist with entering hours/confirming time sheets for technicians on a weekly basis
- After-hours availability is required for emergency situations
- Other duties as assigned
- Schedule and dispatch mobile technicians for assigned markets
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- A minimum of 1-2 years previous commercial building operations, property management, dispatching or related experience required
- Proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is required
- Previous experience with electronic work order systems is a plus
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must be comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous, and agile environment
