The Operations Trainer is responsible for developing training that enhances the knowledge and skills and educates test centers, operations teams and other Pearson VUE employees on both existing and new products and procedures. As a member of the Global Operations Support team, the Operations Trainer works directly with the Senior Operations Trainer to meet the test center and global operations training objectives. The Operations Trainer will develop training which improves the experience for the users, including test centers and internal teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in instructional design, graphic design, or work in education or other related field preferred
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office using Windows 7 or newer operating system
  • Knowledge of interactive eLearning software (i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) is preferred
  • Knowledge of video editor software (i.e. Camtasia Studio, Replay 360) is preferred
