Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
onsemi is seeking for a Quality Assurance Production Operator who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of production processes and products. He/She performs inspections, tests, and checks on the manufacturing equipment, materials, and finished semiconductor products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards. These operators work closely with the production team to address any quality concerns, document, and report findings, and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years of college education.
· Have basic knowledge of process, materials and equipment used in Manufacturing.
· Can read and understand the standard operating procedures and work instructions.
· Analytical and with strong qualitative skills
· With effective interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledgeable in computer applications and can generate reports.

Responsibilities:
Perform loading and unloading of samples for unbiased reliability tests to and from the reliability chambers before and after each reliability stress in conformance to Lab operating guidelines and standard procedures.
· Perform transactions in ONRMS accurately and in a timely manner to ensure traceability of reliability lots.
· Support other assigned tasks, projects and other duties assigned.
· Report laboratory concerns and issues encountered during shifts.
· Attend necessary training to ensure responsibilities and daily tasks are understood and performed correctly.
· Load devices on burn-in boards and into HTRB, HTGB, HTOL, HAST, THBT/ H3TRB ovens and other biased related burn-in.
· Maintain and report inventory of burn-in trays, coupon cards and program cards.
· Perform electrical testing every after loading/ burn-in.
