Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, operating and guiding of process plants/machines for the Production or finishing of nonwovens in medical applications
  • Monitoring of the manufacturing process of chemically treated nonwovens
  • Independent execution of tests and quality inspections with input into the QPDC system, as well as if necessary initiation of corrective actions for quality improvement
  • Care and maintenance of machines as well as execution of smaller repair work
  • Inspection, packaging and commissioning of nonwoven containers, as well as ensuring the transport by means of forklift trucks
  • Documentation of the work performed and operation of BDE/QPDC
  • Work under clean room conditions in compliance with Hygiene regulations
  • Application of the existing specifications of the existing integrated management system
  • Consistent implementation of occupational safety and environmental protection requirements

Qualifications:

  • Technical/scientific education and first
  • work experience in a manufacturing industrial company
  • Preferably with coating and converting processes
  • Experience in operating technically demanding machines
  • and in handling chemicals
  • Very high flexibility as well as willingness to work in a
  • 3-shift operation
  • Willingness to undergo training and further education
  • Experience and knowledge in carrying out and documenting
  • of quality tests
  • Driving license for industrial truck (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of QPDC
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
