QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideally several years of experience in production processes
• Willingness and readiness for shift work (three-shift system)
• High level of commitment, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, reliability and strong quality awareness
• Ability to communicate and deal with conflicts as well as a strong team spirit
• Good knowledge of German

• Independently operate and set up production machines
• Measuring, controlling and monitoring process parameters according to specifications and quality targets
• Maintenance and servicing of machines, equipment and systems
• Processing of production orders according to the given instructions and documented processes
• Comply to specifications regarding quality, HSE, order, cleanliness and key performance indicator
