Description:

THIS IS A WEEKEND AM SCHEDULE, ROTATING EVERY OTHER WEEK.

Hours will be: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • First Week - Friday through Sunday
  • Second Week - Thursday through Sunday

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Required: No previous work experience required
  • Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
  • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Operate forklift, scissor lift, and similar equipment or obtain certification through training.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers.
  • Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and rulers.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Work up to 12 hours a day in a fast-paced regulated warehouse environment, with occasional overtime.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted.
  • Physical agility for standing, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, and grasping.
  • Use of equipment and hand tools, including scanners, tape guns, and powered equipment requiring forceful gripping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • The warehouse has some ambient noise
  • Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), common chemicals are disinfecting, solvents and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and 99%)
