Operator I, Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Visually inspect and package pharmaceutical products in a clean room environment
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction Documents for assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished products
  • Use packaging and/or inspection equipment to pack containers of products and ensure accuracy.
  • Purge lines of components before and after packaging operations
  • Examine products for proper physical quality and report any irregularities
  • Perform equipment cleaning
  • Safely operate mobile equipment and transport materials
  • Check receipt of packaging components or delivery of finished stock
  • Complete all required documentation
  • Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to attendance guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent collaborator with effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform repetitive work duties and follow SOPs

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a controlled environment with specific gowning requirements
  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 25 pounds
  • Stand, move, and perform physical tasks as necessary
