As a manufacturing technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, supervising production processes, and adhering to quality control procedures. - Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
- Supervise and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct in-process testing and inspections to verify product quality.
- Document and record production data and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise!
- What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar industry is important.
- Strong mechanical proficiency and the ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality control standards
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to align to instructions accurately.
- Effective interpersonal proficiency and the ability to work well in within a team.
