Responsibilities:
- Strictly adhere to manufacturing protocols and guidelines to ensure flawless production
- Responsible for accurately filling and labeling vials according to company protocols.
- Compete assigned manufacturing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Successfully implement quality control measures to maintain exceptional standards
- Work closely with teams from different departments to identify effective methods and enhance production processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Pursue all relevant training requirements as part of a highly flexible cross-trained workforce.
- Support the continuous improvement of all related processes for filling vials, materials movements, transaction execution, and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to support the team with non-conformance quality investigation and document updates.
- Identify potential issues in a process; report findings to team management and participate in troubleshooting and resolution process
- Actively support Continuous Improvement, Lean Mfg, and 5S related projects and initiatives as identified by specific initiatives and charters.
- Safeguard against loss of materials and adhere to corrective action protocol for lost materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a highly regulated industry
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure the safe and efficient packaging of our products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
