✅ Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Excellence: Be innovative! Create and optimize supply chains to ensure smooth procurement and production processes, aligning with bace’s innovative approaches and sustainability goals.
Logistics Management: Be smart! Ensure efficient logistics to meet operational demands and schedules.
Maintenance Coordination: Be proactive! Coordinate maintenance activities for ongoing pilot projects and campaigns to ensure operational continuity.
Strategic Planning and Documentation: Be organized! Strategically plan time and resources to ensure transparent documentation and alignment with our overall business strategies.
Process Scaling: Be bold! Develop a blueprint for the smooth scaling of the hub infrastructure across different regions.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Stay on course! Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics, implement corrective actions and continually strive to maintain and improve operational efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in coordinating maintenance activities and managing operational continuity.
• Ability to develop and implement scalable processes.
• Experience in monitoring and improving performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
