PreciPoint GmbH, located in Garching near Munich, develops intelligent microscope systems and innovative analysis software, thus contributing to the digitalisation and further development of laboratories. Our customers range from medical laboratories and research institutions to industry.
To support our growing team, we are looking for an Optics Technician (m/f/x) at our office in Garching as soon as possible temporary for one year.
Responsibilities:
- Setting-up, testing, running, and using novel and custom advanced light microscopy systems (multiphoton, label-free microscopy) and their control software for digital pathology applications
- Operate advanced optical microscopes to collect and summarize measurement data
- Close collaboration with internal microscope developers and engineering team
- Follow standard operation procedures, lab safety rules, and know basic troubleshooting
