Description:
We are seeking an Optimisation Analyst to be an integral part of the Kotahi Optimisation Team, executing Kotahi’s ocean freight solution at a high level and enabling strong commercial performance. This is a full-time, permanent role.
In this role you will:
- Drive cost optimisation of the Kotahi orderbook through the configuration of optimisation parameters.
- Analyse the root cause of optimisation outcomes with an aim to re-optimise components where operationally feasible.
- Engage with customers to fulfil ad-hoc requests, challenge expectations, and drive automated outcomes where appropriate.
- Generate targeted communications related to performance metrics and distribute optimisation insights to the wider business.
- Proactively engage internal teams to drive positive change in service of the optimised ocean freight plan and customer satisfaction.
Assign all orders within customer SLAs and at the lowest cost to the orderbook, accounting for strategic commitments and supply chain realities.Continuously improve operational KPIs in an automated manner by refining the Optimiser to support business rules & processes using complex, rules-based logic.
