DESCRIPTION DU SUJET
The assistant will carry out research work with a view to obtaining a doctoral thesis in Mathematical Engineering and will participate in the department’s research. The assistant will be supervised by a professor in the departement of Mathematics and Operational Research (https://web.umons.ac.be/maro/equipe/). He/she will be encouraged to participate in international conferences and to publish his/her results in scientific journals.
Pedagogical supervision of practical work and exercise sessions in the department, supervision of students’ work and dissertations, participation in tasks related to the daily management of the department (administrative support for pedagogical follow-up, liaison with students, support for course planning, etc.).
