JOB SUMMARY:

Colleague Experience Technology team is looking for Oracle Cloud Engineer (Talent/HCM) and/or Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator) engineer role who will be responsible for owning and driving delivery for Talent platform.

This is the key opportunity for any individual who can design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards. This role will augment existing teamwork and responsibilities in support of the Learning Platform (Cornerstone On Demand, Navigator) and the integrations on a daily basis and also, participate in the enterprise Talent Oracle Project, Janus.

  • Oracle Skills Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM) is a key skill Knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS a benefit.
  • Delivers technology solutions to American Express CEG (HR) businesses worldwide Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
  • Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies Takes accountability for the success of the team achieving their goals Helps to drives the teams strategy and prioritizes initiatives Challenge status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing creative ideas Analysing your work flow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results
  • As part of our diverse tech team, you can architect, code scripts, integrations and configurations within our SaaS software that makes us an essential part of our customers digital lives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior hands-on experience in managing Talent Platforms Cornerstone OnDemand, Oracle HCM platform Global HR is essential. Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM Prior experience of reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summary for team Prior Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application,
  • Experience with Agile(Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban Completed at least 1 Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Project Prior experience of automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will added advantages.
  • Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantages Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantages.
