• Manage coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work;
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Smartsheet;
• Meet with team members on a biweekly basis to forecast hours;
• Continuously manage the budget to actuals and forecast to completion;
• Manage project deliverables in line with the statement of work;
• Record and manage project issues and escalate to the architecture consultant, where necessary;
• Monitor project progress and performance;
• Maintain a cooperative, motivated and successful team;
• Liaise with and provide progress updates to, the project steering committee;
• Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities;
• Manage consultancy input within the defined budget;
• Work closely with the client’s project manager and key users to ensure the project meets business needs
