Description:
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, the person will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for NMC. The role will involve a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to ensure successful deployments and ongoing system optimization.
- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules according to business requirements, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll and Absence Management.
- Develop and customize solutions to meet specific business needs, including custom reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions using tools such as Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops with stakeholders, and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards for HCM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Design and implement security controls and access management policies within Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and multi-factor authentication (MFA), to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate security risks.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability of Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud HCM, including new features, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and tools such as Page Composer, BI Publisher, and HCM Data Loader.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 + years’ Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and integration technologies, such as Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
