ABOUT YOU

We are looking for experienced HCM Consultants with Cloud experience, who will join one of our new projects and take the lead in implementing Absence or/or Core HR.
As an HCM Consultant with Namos Solutions, you are expected to deliver with minimal supervision and to consistently high standards under the Namos ethos; Big enough to deliver, small enough to care.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • Please note you must be able to pass security clearance for this role (NPPV 3) due to our clients requirements, to gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 3 years
  • Possess a strong understanding of and have proven configuration skills in Absence or Core HR
  • Have at least a working knowledge of Oracle Core HR
  • Have completed at least one full project life cycle engagement in Oracle HCM delivering either Oracle Absence Management or Core HR
  • Be able to work well as part of a mixed team including Functional Consultants and Technical Consultants
  • Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability
  • Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested
  • Is able to accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work
  • Documents solutions clearly and shares knowledge freely within our Cloud community
  • Excellent English language communication skills are essential

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • In depth knowledge of the hire-to-retire process, self-service applications, and standard HR reports/dashboards
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM including personalisation, Design Studio, flexfield configuration and Journeys
  • Experience in Absence Management with UK Statutory and non-Statutory Absences and Payroll Interactions
  • Strong configuration skills in org structures, workforce structures, security, and workflow

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Experience of the project implementation lifecycle
  • Experience of HR Helpdesk, Worklife, Talent Management, OTL, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment or Digital Assistant
  • Experience in multi-country deployments and delivery of other (than UK) country statutory absences
  • Experience of workers with multiple assignments

Namos have a significant pipeline in 2024 and have immediate cloud projects available for talented consultants. Namos are seeking candidates with proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically in Absence Management and/or Core HR, to join an exciting project that is about to begin shortly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct discovery workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
  • Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design
  • Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
  • Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design
  • Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope
  • Transfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer
