Role: Reporting to the Director, LATAM Architecture and Systems Integration, and working closely with the various project teams, the ideal candidate is an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) specializing in performance tuning, proficient in SQL query optimization, indexing strategies, and monitoring tools like Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) and Active Session History (ASH). He/she should also have expertise in database design, partitioning techniques, and backup and recovery using Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) and Flashback technology as well as good communication skills and the ability to adapt to multiple technical contexts.

SOFT SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Excellent command of SQL commands and tools
• Thorough knowledge of database security, backup and recovery and performance monitoring standards
• Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling
• Advanced capabilities in performance tuning, indexing and query optimization
