    Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer with 6+ years experience to join their team in Dublin. You will be instrumental in delivering strategic data initiatives using technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, ADF, and Informatica. If you’re an experienced data software engineer with a strong agile mindset seeking a new challenge, our client offers an exciting opportunity for you to lead technically in our dynamic and collaborative environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems or Mathematics.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle, Informatica, and general ETL development.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud technology is required.
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing and modeling concepts - relational and dimensional models.
  • Strong hands-on experience in writing and tuning SQL.
  • Exposure to data visualization & reporting tools such as OBIEE or Power BI.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and software version control, including Cloud Formation Templates, Jenkins Core, and EKS.
  • Strong Agile experience.
  • Experience providing strong technical leadership in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones.
  • Strong technical design and analysis skills.
  • Experience with data integration concepts and products in a large-scale database implementation.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end performance analysis and tuning.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle database scripting.
  • Experience with data solutions in the Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure) desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to work closely with various inter-related groups & team members as well as business and technical partners, in a matrixed environment.
