ABOUT YOU

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

  • Sound knowledge and hands-on technical experience with Oracle HR, Payroll, OTL and SSHR
  • Solid development skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formula and Java
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Application Development Tools such as Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow Builder and AME
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an integral member of the HR and Payroll team, you will:

  • Take the lead on tasks related to complex migration, extension design and build, implementation, and transformation activities, ensuring they align with technology solutions, services, and component roadmaps.
  • Design and deliver large or complex projects that support the roadmap vision and achieve desired outcomes, while identifying and recommending ways to mitigate risks and dependencies affecting system interoperability.
  • Generate technical documentation and additional project materials adhering to governance standards.
  • Gain and enhance skills in various cloud technologies based on project requirements and the technology roadmap.
