Oracle EPM Consultant (Planning)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience building, implementing PBCS and\or Oracle Hyperion Planning
• A minimum of three Planning and Budgeting implementations
• Oracle Planning and Budgeting (Hyperion and/or PBCS) and Essbase experience.
• Accounting or Finance knowledge, education or background
• Oracle Certifications in some of the above applications (or be ready to sit certification exams)
• Experience in the design and development of integrations between EPM and Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and ERP, as well as other third-party applications and files
• Confidence in providing advice, guidance, and knowledge transfer to SMEs and end users in all aspects of Design and implementation
• The ability to work closely with functional leads and stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Broad knowledge and experience across the full Oracle EPM product suite
• Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules
• A strong understanding of Accounting and Finance business processes
• Experience of delivering On-Prem upgrades or On-Prem to Cloud implementations
• OBIEE or OTBIPrince2 Practitioner/Foundation or equivalent
