Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience building, implementing PBCS and\or Oracle Hyperion Planning
- A minimum of three Planning and Budgeting implementations
- Oracle Planning and Budgeting (Hyperion and/or PBCS) and Essbase experience.
- Accounting or Finance knowledge, education or background
- Oracle Certifications in some of the above applications (or be ready to sit certification exams)
- Experience in the design and development of integrations between EPM and Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and ERP, as well as other third-party applications and files
- Confidence in providing advice, guidance, and knowledge transfer to SMEs and end users in all aspects of Design and implementation
- The ability to work closely with functional leads and stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Broad knowledge and experience across the full Oracle EPM product suite
- Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules
- A strong understanding of Accounting and Finance business processes
- Experience of delivering On-Prem upgrades or On-Prem to Cloud implementations
- OBIEE or OTBIPrince2 Practitioner/Foundation or equivalent
