BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company specializing in innovative Oracle ERP solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle ERP Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle ERP Consultant at BlackStone eIT, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse Oracle ERP projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions for our clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP solutions, specifically within the HRMS or FMS modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP functionalities and configurations related to HRMS and/or FMS.
- Experience with Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Self-Service HR.
- Experience with Oracle FMS modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Cash Management.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Oracle certifications related to HRMS or FMS modules are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements within the HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and FMS (Financial Management System) modules of Oracle ERP.
- Analyze and map client requirements to Oracle ERP functionalities and configurations.
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle ERP modules according to client specifications.
- Conduct system testing and manage defects to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and maintaining their Oracle ERP solutions.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
