Oracle Finance Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking Oracle Finance Lead Consultant with in-depth experiences in Finance domain. In this role, you will be a key player in the team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, business process flows, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Preferred location is San Jose or RTP. This position requires 100% travel if you are not from same location as the project.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
• At least 6 years of experience working in Oracle Finance
• At least 4 years of experience with Commerce Workbench, SFDC, Quote, Deal, Order (Offer attribution) and Offer structuring – TnC/ TnC+ etc.
• Business Analysis, ability to gather requirements and communicate to technical teams
• Proven leadership skills demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members that report to other groups in the organization.
• Experience with executing project governance including change control and issue/risk management.
• Strong Communication and business analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets software and database query

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst
• Experience in Primary point of contract for business questions about projects
• Perform Requirement Analysis, review current Business Process and suggest areas of improvement
• Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teams
• Perform User Acceptance Testing, create End to End test plans for successful project delivery
• Experience in subscription business modeling (SaaS, Cloud, Bundled offers), operation
• Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills

THE JOB ENTAILS SITTING AS WELL AS WORKING AT A COMPUTER FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE BY TELEPHONE, EMAIL OR FACE TO FACE. TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED AS PER THE JOB REQUIREMENTS.
