Description:
Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant. The position will primarily be required to work closely with Customer’s HR Business Process owners, SMEs to develop Cloud solutions in Core HR, Talent Cloud, recruitment cloud, OTL, Payroll etc. This position requires hands-on experience in Cloud technology requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, functional design, and Testing activities for the HCM platform. Techno-functional exposure is preferred since this role will have a mix of technical and functional activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate within US to some of our client offices. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.

- Prior Experience of Implementing Core HR, Talent Cloud, Recruitment Cloud and Cloud HCM Compensation Module
- Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Experience in writing HDL Extracts, FBDI template uploads, minor customizations
- Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have the End to End understanding of a company’s HR processes.
- Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Familiarity with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage.
