Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our research work and driving the development of innovative processes and technologies. With a focus on Power Oral Care, specifically electrical toothbrushes, you will lead the process development efforts from conceptualization to market rollout.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiating, leading, and performing hands-on technology/capability/method development.
- Directing the process technical work of others and leading cross-Job Family teams as needed.
- Leading process development from Modeling & Simulation (M&S) to qualification of integrated production line processes for market rollout.
- Analyzing product and process ideas for feasibility and process development scope.
- Developing required M&S and process development test plans.
- Generating and documenting process data to support implementation decisions.
