Description:

PERMANENT FULL TIME WORKING 40 HOURS PER WEEK

The Oral Health Service based in the Mid North area is looking for a detail-orientated administrator with the flexibility to accomplish a wide range of tasks to join their team. The successful candidate will also need to be self-motivated with the ability to show initiative.

This role provides administrative support for the Oral Health Management Team, Dentists, Dental Therapists/Oral Health Therapists and Dental Assistants. You will be required to assist with administrative tasks, records, receptionist and call centre duties.
This role is permanent full time. Work experience in the Health Sector is desirable but not essential if you have strong administrative experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Full driver’s licence – our service is community based and region wide so there may be some travel required.
  • Previous administrative experience, including Microsoft word and excel competency.
  • Time Management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of varying cultural backgrounds in a sensitive manner.
