Oral Health Therapist- Dental

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Oral Health Therapists/Dental Therapists to join our busy 5-chair regional Dental Clinic that services eligible South Gippsland clients. As a member of the team you will play an important role in providing dental care within the scope of publicly funded dental services. This role also has a wide scope for career development and professional growth, and mentorship provided.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION ARE:
- Oral Health qualification eligible for registration with the Dental Board of Australia
- Continuing Professional Development requirements met as per the Dental Board of Australia
- High level of understanding of dental public health principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Radiation operating license in Victoria
- Dental Therapy Adult Scope of Practice (desirable)
- Valid Police CheckWorking with Children Check
