Nous recherchons un(e) Order Handling Officer - H/F pour notre site basé à Zaventem. Il s’agit d’un CDD de 6 mois. Rattaché(e) au Directrice Relation Clients France Belgique, vous aurez comme principales missions :

• Enregistrement et facturation des commandes dans l’ERP (Iscala)
• Création des dossiers clients par commande
• Envoi des accusés de réception de commandes aux clients
• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et demandes clients par mail
• Trouver des solutions appropriées pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par les clients
• Etre en contact avec les fournisseurs et transporteurs

Votre profil:
De formation administrative et/ou commerciale, vous justifiez d’une première expérience à un poste similaire. Vous parlez français et néerlandais couramment. Vous êtes pourvu(e) d’un sens de la relation clients développé et faites preuve de dynamisme, de curiosité, et d’une grande rigueur.
