As an Order Implementation Coordinator, you will manage the implementation of incoming orders, demonstrating value to customers throughout the process. You will maintain high standards and ensure timely communication with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Setup and Configuration: Primary ownership for TN and Partner software platform setup and configuration.
- User and Vehicle Management: Create and configure platform users and vehicles.
- Administration: Administer hardware, software, and configuration tools.
- Order Implementation: Execute tasks to support the successful implementation of orders aligned with installation requirements.
- Order Processing: Process incoming orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Documentation Management: Use, create, and manage required documentation and maintain customer records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams (internal and external) and build strong relationships.
- Customer Needs Understanding: Understand customer needs and requirements set out by Pre-Sales Engineering/Sales, ensuring desired outcomes.
- Value Delivery: Ensure customer requirements are met and deliver value to customer solutions.
- Experience in working with SAP would be an advantage.
- Passionate in customer service and relationship building.
- Experience providing hardware, software, and services
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and building successful working relationships.
- Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology is a bonus but not necessary
