Inviting applications for the role of Order Management – Process Associate – German – Remote EMEA

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry - Booking regular & Advance Orders on Oracle (i.e., Create, send, change, monitor & reject)
  • Demo Management - (Track & Trace demo equipment’s, coordination with team)
  • Order Management (Date management for equipment, update credit status, payment terms, coordinate with project manager , work on configuration changes, downloading, publishing & changing invoices and documents , work on Ad-hoc requests, Creating purchase orders)
  • Inventory Management (Receive & allocate inventory in Oracle, create inventory receipts, reserve inventory.
  • booking in and out material, transfer inventory, scrap & write of obsolete inventory)

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or High School Diploma/GED or associate degree) or qualification or any directly related experience to relevant OM activities or customer service, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Required language level for daily tasks: English
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel

Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant work experience preferably in order management areas & exposure to ERP(s).
  • Execute work as per SOP within given SLA to ensure business KPI’s are met.
  • Should be able to attend calls with customer to provide updates, execute actions and provide resolution.
  • Preferable to have practical knowledge of Oracle /SAP
  • Knowledge of any language besides English, German, and Hungarian
  • Listening, Attention to Detail, Documentation skill
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be pro-active and to think “outside the box”.
  • Excellent proven interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Capable of resourceful problem solving
