Job Description

• Order processing, order management
• VatOnline: managing matters related to online invoice reporting
• Stock information for partners and business associates
• Contact:
• with commercial partners: information, assistance by phone, e-mail
• with the purchasing group and daily order follow-up tasks
• with various depatments of Bosch, such as (finance, tax, legal department)
• with the Logistics department and the warehouse (pick-up orders, coordination of urgent deliveries)
• with technical and sales groups
• Management of project orders
• Participation in SAP development and other order automation projects and periodic tests

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active, full-time student status
• Ongoing studies at Bsc or Msc level
• A commitment of at least 20-30 hours per week
• Advantage: knowledge of the Bulgarian language
• Good communication skills in English
