Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Finance, out of which minimum 1 year Order to Cash related, in a multinational corporation
- Proven previous people management experience
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level
- Excellent communication, training and coaching skills with ability to motivate and cultivate teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high complexity & ambiguity
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization to solve complex business issues
Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY
The Order to Cash Assistant Manager is responsible of leading a team of GBS ENA Order to Cash Analysts and/or Specialist in delivering specific tasks and activities according to agreed procedures and SLAs, ensuring a strong knowledge management framework, a continuous improvement focus and mindset in the team, monitoring and actioning of KPI’s to achieve targets while ensuring adherence to the controls framework. He/she will be responsible of onbording new joiners, continuous development of team members, team engagement, training and coaching and maintaining a close relationship with end markets stakeholders/customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize and supervise team’s work, assuming responsibility for the quality of the outputs, creating a positive work environment that fosters team performance and cultivating customer service culture
- Supervise direct reports to ensure delivery of O2C services, to internal & external customers, according to agreed procedures and SLAs
- Drive process performance objectives and specific KPI’s are communicated and implemented in the team’s activities and drive a consistent performance management framework to ensure target/goals achievement
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure action is taken to achieve targets, by identifying root causes for low performance and putting in place remediation actions/plans
- Active role and hands on approach in all meetings, initiatives and process related issues in area of responsibility
- Set Performance Objectives with direct reports and conduct performance evaluation and review, counseling individuals on performance improvement and career development through coaching and other tools aimed to improve skills and knowledge required to perform his/her job effectively
- Implement and drive proper onboarding and training of new joiners, using a strong knowledge management framework within the team
- Act as a 1st escalation level for customer issues and requests, as well as establish and maintain working relationship with stakeholders
