Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform BAU activities;
- Support for TL for Controls/KPI review and ah-hoc requests if needed;
- Back-up for TL (when OOO) for the following:
- Handle ad hoc requests from End Market/customers/other stakeholders;
- Coordinate regular updates of operating procedures;
- Facilitate onboarding training plan for the members of the team and ad hoc training for upskilling;
- Ensure SOX/non SOX controls accurate completion for the members of the team;
- Support with testing of improvement ideas/ad hoc testing, upon request;
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- At least 2 years of experience in a shared services/BPO/ Finance organization with minimum 1 year of experience in the O2C/Accounts Receivable or similar area;
- Solid SAP or similar ERP knowledge, Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Good knowledge of Subledger processes across regions and the impact between functional teams;
- Training experience, leading onboarding sessions for new joiners is a plus;
- Detailed understanding of the cross-departmental impact;
- Ability to communicate at all levels and apply high professional standards;
- Familiar with a SOX/non SOX controlled environment;
- Strong organizing and communication abilities in terms of Team Management;

Responsibilities:
WHAT ARE THE KEY OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE?
The O2C Ecommerce New Categories Specialist will be responsible of deploying and ensuring proper functionality of automation interfaces used for registering sales in SAP from ecommerce external platforms and automated clearing of incoming payments for the correspondent sales orders, using existing technologies or by developing new fit for purpose solutions.
He/she will be working closely with the teams in GBS O2C and end market representatives, to ensure the best solution for each market is timely and effectively deployed and proper support is offered after deployment, including, but not limited to,
process documentation, issue resolution, process improvement, end market engagement, training/knowledge transfer and a solid control framework.
