Description:
dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Organisation & Methods Analyst to join our Projects team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive work studies, analysing existing procedures and recommending improvements to enhance organisational efficiency.
This role requires strong communication skills, as the Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures including administrative and clerical processes.
- Review and analyse organisations’ workflow charts, reports, manuals and job descriptions to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
- Engage with clients to discuss business and organisational challenges and collaborate to devise effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing systems and structures within the organisation.
- Interact with staff at all levels to understand current systems and observe operational procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations by issuing revised instructions, procedure manuals and other relevant documentation.
- Review operating procedures regularly and advise on any deviations from established standards or procedures.
- Chair regular project meetings with all departments to ensure implementation and change reviews are completed thoroughly.
- Measure department KPIs and success to ensure new methods are being adhered to.
- Regular travel is required.
