Description:

We are seeking an Organisational Change Manager to provide change management and communications support for our key projects. This role involves identifying, prioritising, and engaging with key stakeholders, preparing relevant communication and related materials, and coaching leaders and team members to ensure the successful and sustainable implementation of the programme strategy, transformation activities, and new ways of working.
As a Change Manager, you will bring a variety of specialist skillsets to focus on the impact of change, particularly on the ‘human factors’. This includes identifying the impact on people, achieving ‘readiness’ for change, and mitigating risks to adoption and usage. You will also work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective project communications and stakeholder engagement, driving overall project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating Awareness – Ensure all impacted stakeholders are aware of the upcoming change and understand the reasons behind it to foster a Desire to change.
  • Identifying and Engaging Stakeholders – Identify and engage all impacted stakeholders, not just the obvious ones. Prepare and analyse the stakeholder matrix and conduct stakeholder impact analysis.
  • Assessing Impact – Document the impact of the change on each stakeholder group by analysing the current state of people, policies, processes, and systems, and how the change will affect these to achieve the new future state.
  • Developing Change Management Strategy – Collaborate with leaders and team members to develop and/or drive a change management strategy.
  • Planning and Executing Change Strategies – Plan and execute change strategies and plans, ensuring full adoption with minimal disruption to the business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Ensure each stakeholder group is engaged and informed with the right level of information at the appropriate times throughout the project.
  • Training Stakeholders – Ensure stakeholders are adequately trained with the necessary Knowledge and Ability to adopt the change, including new policies, processes, and systems training.
  • Coordinating Communications – Manage and coordinate communications across programs and in-flight projects for consistency.
  • Driving Change Adoption – Drive deployment and change adoption within the organisation.
  • Collaborating Across Teams – Collaborate closely with teams from related projects to develop a centralised view of change impacts and key stakeholders.
