We deliver fit-for-purpose SAP solutions, and our services range from greenfield and brownfield implementations and change management to ongoing AMS services and support.
Based on customer requirements, we have an opportunity for an Organisational Change Manager either on a permanent or min. 12 months contractual basis. You will be working with customers in Queensland and Perth; travel would be required for key deliverables.
The Organisational Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. It will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. The incumbent will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation, and greater proficiency in the changes that impact our customers’ employees to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Change management certification or designation (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in change management and in leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle, ideally in SAP
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans that minimise employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Prepare and implement change management strategies that include stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training, and support.
  • Design and implement communication plans that provide timely and relevant information about the change initiative.
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Consult and coach project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Coach managers and supervisors on how to support their direct reports through transitions.
  • Track and report issues.
