Full Time / 37 Hours Per Week / Fixed Term for 12 months to cover maternity leave

This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You’ll have the flexibility to work from our offices in the city or from home.
Responsibilities:
You’ll support the design and delivery of multiple organisation-wide programmes and projects such as digital skills, leadership development, workforce planning, staff engagement, health and wellbeing, performance management, change management and behavioural change. Responsible for giving OD advice, you’ll recommend interventions that connect to ongoing organisational strategies, programmes of work and department objectives. The work you do in collaboration with key stakeholders will ultimately add value across the organisation, continuously improving the experience for leaders and their teams.
