You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.
As Organisation Capability & Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, culture, and employee satisfaction.
You will work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team globally, fostering an environment that supports employee wellbeing, engagement, and professional growth. Your expertise in organisational development and change management will be critical in shaping the future success of Telix Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement organisational development initiatives that align with Telix’s global strategy, enhance organisational performance, and support business objectives across diverse cultural contexts and regions.
  • Design and execute the annual Employee Engagement survey. Implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction on a global scale.
  • Lead the development and execution of learning programs that support both the professional growth of employees and the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Oversee the global Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitate effective change management strategies to support organisational growth, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and smooth transition processes.
  • Develop and implement Wellbeing Programs that support the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees.
  • Create and oversee programs for leadership development, succession planning, high potential and SME identification and management, to prepare employees for key roles and future leadership opportunities across each region.
  • Establish metrics and utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of OD interventions, making data-driven decisions to guide future initiatives.
