As our Organisation Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing initiatives such as promoting psychological safety and maintaining a culture of continuous listening, aligning seamlessly with The Star’s Culture Strategy and Measurement Framework.
Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformative change and cultivating a culture that champions The Star’s vision and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Group Manager Organisation Development to implement the culture transformation initiatives aligned with the Remediation Plan
  • Lead the implementation of organisational development solutions including psychological safety and continuous listening, that support the organisation’s culture, leadership development, core and common capability development, and employee experiences.
  • Provide targeted advice, support, and guidance to managers on people-related issues and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that help build organisation-wide capability for today and tomorrow to help us deliver on The Star’s purpose, values, and principles.
  • Champion a continuous improvement approach to culture change, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future initiatives.
