As a key member of the People and Culture team, the Organisational Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s culture journey to support the delivery of our organisational strategy. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, working with leaders and key stakeholders with a focus on designing & delivering on initiatives that meet our organisational needs. Harnessing your strength in strategic OD solutions, you will play a key role in building capacity and capability aligned with WIC’s strategic goals.
As an important member of the WIC leadership team, you will also lead one direct report who is responsible for the design, development and sourcing of learning content that supports ongoing professional development at WIC.
Along with your demonstrated success in similar roles, you will bring your unique perspectives and expertise to help us turn our proud legacy into a bright future.

Who we’re looking for:To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar
  • Capability to think ‘big sky’ and innovatively to challenge the norm
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate and demonstrate the value of OD and the connection to strategic performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills that allow you to influence and build trust at all levels
  • Ability to convey complex models and ideas in an engaging and simplistic ways to help bring others on the journey
