Responsibilities:

The Organisational Development Principal role is a newly created opportunity in our Organisational Development & Partnering Team based at our Perth Head Office site.
The purpose of this position is to lead and/or support Organisational Development projects/initiatives that increase organisational capability and effectiveness aligned with strategic intent. Focus areas including but not limited to culture, engagement, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Drive and support OD initiatives and projects, ensuring successful development, delivery, and implementation, specific focus on culture transformation program of work, leadership development, and embedding of a psychometric assessment framework.
  • Incorporating organisational diagnosis and intervention, best practice talent management principles and strategies.
  • Interpretation and utilisation of psychometric assessments including compiling psychometric testing batteries aligned to role requirements, interviewing, analysis.
  • Drive the leadership strategy and agenda to ensure long term success for leaders.
  • Determining priority value with stakeholders to produce products/services aligned to demands and needs.
