Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria’s Supreme, County, Magistrates’, Children’s, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group’.

About the Role
Reporting to Senior Manager, Organisational Development, the Organisational Development Specialist contributes to designing and delivering capability and organisational development initiatives to support CSV’s Strategic Directions 2023-2025.
In this role you will build employee capability, contribute to a culture of high performance and engagement, design professional development programs for employees, coordinate employee engagement surveys and conduct the analysis. The role is also accountable for the delivery of a range of HR functions focused on those moments that matter, with an emphasis on employee induction, and professional development activities and programs.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference, highly organised and committed to delivering high quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • A relevant tertiary degree and/or post graduate qualifications in organisational development, psychology, or another behavioural science discipline is desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in leading and designing organisational development initiatives for diverse and distributed workforces and/or undertaking significant evolutionary change is desirable.
  • Project Management experience, preferably within Government.
  • Experience managing complex projects within a complex public policy context.
  • Proven ability to apply relevant government legislation, regulations, reporting directives and procedures, to achieve optimal organisational outcomes.
